Ericka Lalka went above and beyond for us. She sold our home while we remained out of state. Ericka picked up the slack from our property management, including the arrangements for new flooring and contractor repairs (damages from our renters). She also assisted with the design choices, worked with retailers, and provided access for the repairs to be done for the home. We found her through Dave Ramsey's endorsed professionals program, and she responded immediately. We found Ericka to be knowledgeable, direct and available. She was very prompt in responses and receptive to our many questions. We highly recommend her.
